WHEREAS, KOLLAS AND COSTOPOULOS. of 1104 Fcrnwood Avcnuc,
Camp Hill, Cumberland County. Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as Owncr, is about to
execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with WILLIAM J, WIRL, JR., Ila WIRL
BUILDERS, for the erection of a house ancillary to development in a complcx known as
Westgate Development, Phase 11, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, construction dcscribed as
follows:
ALL THOSE CERTAIN tracts or parcels of ground on Lot Nos, 85 and 91 of
South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. more particularly boundcd and
described as set forth in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW, this 30th day of March ,1999, at the time of and immediately before
the execution of the principal contract dated March 30 ,1999, and before any authority has
been given by the said Owner, to the said Contractor to commence work on thc said building. or
purchase materials for the same in consideration ofthe marking of the said contract with Owner,
and the further consideration of One Dollar and 00/100 ($1,00), to Contractor paid by Owner, it
is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor,
nor by any of the material mcn or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building. the right to file
such liens being expressly waived.

BEGINNING at a point, said point being located on the western right-of-way line
of Woodview Drive at the common front property corner of Lot 86 and Lot #85; thence
along the western right-of-way line of Wood view Drive in a southern direction on the arc
of a curve curving to the left having a radius of 275,00', an are length of 69.99' and a
central angle of 14 degrees 35 minutes 00 seconds to a point a/land reserved for open
space for Phase 2; thence along the open space North 74 degrees 49 minutes 29 seconds
West, a distance of 130.00' to a point; thence along the same North 22 degrees 28
minutes 01 seconds East, a distance of 102,81' to a point at Lot #86 of Westgate, Phase
2; thence along Lot #86 South 60 degrees 14 minutes 29 seconds East, a distance of
130.00' to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
Said lot contains 11,025,44 sq. ft. or 0.2531 acres.
