Dear Sirs:
In the past six months, with the interest rates rising so fast, on my credit cards and my
home mortgage it has become more difficult to meet my obligations.
Add that together with being laid off on December 21, 1994 until June 1995, and only
working on three and four week jobs until I started on the Forum Place
project on October 2, and laid off on the 15th of December and an accident with the collapse of
the tower crane which put us out of work for a week and with bad weather. I was only able to
work two full weeks untillayolf.
I have promised to make payments on these debts but more times then not, because of the
circumstances leading to the lack of money, I have been unable to do so, at the expense of my
credit rating.
My mortgage payment of$826,84, G,M. Card payment of$214.00, MBNA of $200.00,
Capitol One for $200.00, Omni for $200.00, And AT&T For $200,00, The total comes to
$1,840,84, and my unemployment comes to $1,360, At this point I am unable to make all the
payments. This does not include daily living expenses, such as food, medical, utilities, insurance,
taxes, etc.
I will endeavor to make monthly token payments during my unemployment. Your
patience in this matter is greatly appreciated.

CIVIL ACTION
1. Plaintiff, Household Finance Corporation of Nevada, successor
in interest to General Motors Credit Card Services, Inc. is a
corporation dUly organized and existing under the laws of the State
of Delaware authorized to do business in the COllDllOnwealth of
Pennsylvania, with offices located at 841 Seahawk Circle, Virginia
Beach, Virginia 23452.
2. The Defendant(s) Robert J. Demartyn a/k/a Robert J. Demartyn,
Jr. is/are individual(s) residing at the addressees) contained in
the caption of chis case.
3. On or about May 20, 1994, Defendant(s) did open a OM Credit
Card Account and thereafter did receive a OM Credit Card account
number 5437-0005-0750-9810 a true and correct copy of the
application evidencing said account being attached hereto, made
apart hereof and marked Exhibit nAn.
4. Defendant(s) subsequently utilized the aforesaid OM Card to
make various purchases and/or receive cash advances thereby
incurring payment obligations to Plaintiff under the terms of the
General Motors Credit Card Agreement.
5. Defendant(s) defaulted upon the Agreement by failing to adhere
to the repayment schedule contained therein and in accordance
therewith the encire remaining balance became due and payable
iDllllediately.
6. General Motors Credit Card Services set over unto Plaintiff
all of its right, title and interest in and to its account with
Defendant(s) so that Plaintiff is now the owner of said account.
7. As a consequence of the foregoing there is presently due and
owing to Plaintiff by Defendant(s) the following sum(s):
Unpaid balance:
$10,084.55
8. Despite repeated demand by Plaintiff, Defendant(s) has/have
failed and refused to pay the aforesaid sum.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands that judgment be entered against
Defendant(s) in favor of Plaintiff in the amount of $10,084.55
together with interest and costs.
