thereon are collectible forthwith. A copy of such notice is
attached as Exhibit "A."
10, Pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15
U,S.C, S 1692 et seq, (1977), Defendant(s) may dispute
the validity of the debt or any portion thereof. If
Defendant(s) do so in writing within thirty (30) days
of receipt of this pleading, Counsel for Plaintiff will
obtain and provide Defendant(s) with written
verification thereof; otherwise, the debt will be
assumed to be valid. Likewise, if requested within
thirty (30) days of receipt of this pleading, Counsel

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO FORECLOSE MORTGAGE
Mortgage Property
The mortgage held or se~,iced by Mellon Mortgage Company (hereafter
we, us, or ours) on your property described above is in serious
default because you have not made the monthly payments for:
Payments 08,01-98 through 02-17.99 at $ 566.00 each
Late charges have also accrUed to this date in the total amount of
$ 145.10. Returned check and other charges have accrued in the
total amount of: $ 44.72. The total amount now required
to cure this default, or in other words, get caught up in your
payments, as of the date of this letter is: $ 4,141,90
You may cure this default within THIRTY (30) DAYS of the date of this
letter, by paying us the above total amount, plus any additional
monthly payment and late charge which may fall due during this period.
Such payment must be made either by cash, cashier's check, cert1fied
check or money order, and made at the office of Mellon Mortgage
