Defendant has violated the provisions of the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, 73 P.S. ~20l-1. et seq., by engaging in unfair and deceptive acts as defined in 73 P.S. ~201.2(4)(vi)(vii) and (xxi). 9.
