CUSTOM HOMES. hcrcinaftcrrcfcrrcd to as Contractor, and HERBERT G. WEAVER, hereinafter
rcferred to as Owner, whcrcby thc Ii.lnncr undertook and agrecd to crcet and eonstruct a eustom built
home on that ccrtain lot of ground situatc at Lot No.3. Hope Drivc, Indian Hills, Phase I, South
Middlcton Township, Cumbcrland County. Pennsylvania, more fully described in Exhibit "A"
attachcd hereto and madc a part hcreof.
NOW THEREFORE. WITNESSETH: That thc said Contractor, for and in consideration of
thc sum of ($1.00) Dollar to Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the rcceipt whcreof is hereby
acknowledgcd, and thc furthcr consideration mentioned in thc agrecment aforesaid, for themselves
and thcir subcontractors, and all partics acting through or under thcm, eovenant and agree that no
mechanic's licns or claims shall be filed or maintaincd by thcm or any of thcm against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any work donc or materials
fumishcd by them or any of them undcr said contract or othcrwise, for, towards, in, or about the
ercction and construction of the said buildings on thc lot above described, and the said Contractor,
for thcmselvcs, thcir subcontractors and othcrs undcr thcm hereby expressly waive and relinquish
the right to have, file, and maintain any mcchanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any

of them, and agrcc that this instrument, waiving the right oflien, shall be an independent covenant.
