ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel ofland situate in Silver Springs Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a rebar set on the southern right-of-way line of Konhaus Road
(T -566), said point being on the dividing line between Lot Nos, 2 and 3 on the hereinafter
mentioned Plan of Lots; thence continuing along the dividing line between Lot Nos. 2 and
3 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots, the following courses and distances: (I)
South 02 degrees 0 I minute 26 seconds East, three hundred eighty and ninety one-
hundredths (380.90) feet to a rebar set; (2) South 86 degrees 47 minutes 25 seconds West,
three hundred twenty-seven and ninety one-hundredths (327.90) feet to a rebar set;
thence, North 38 degrees 58 minutes 47 seconds West, two hundred and zero one-
hundredths (200.00) feet to a rebar set on the southern dedicated right-of-way line of
Konhaus Road (T-566); thence along the southern right-of-way line of Konhaus Road
(T-566), North 61 degrees 01 minute 13 seconds East, five hundred two and sixty-nine
one-hundredths (502.69) feet to a rebar set on the dividing line between Lot Nos. 2 and 3
on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots, the Place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No.2 on the fmal subdivision plan of Kenneth A. Walker, said plan
being recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan Book 72,
Page 89.
BEING known and numbered as 96 Konhaus Road, Hechanicsburg, PA.
