There were two chi ldren born of the marriage of Plaintiff and Defendant, namely Lauren Schul theis, born July 22, 1994 and Zachary Schultheis, born !larch 13, 19!18. 11. The children are presently in the custody of Sonja Schultheis who resides at 20 West Green Street, Shiremanstown, PA 17011. 12. During the past five years, the children have resided with the following persons and at the following addresses: Sonja Schultheis and State Road 1994 - 10/95 Randall Schultheis Duncannon, PA 17020 Sonja Schultheis and 1038 S. 23'. If the children have school, Mother shall drop Zachary off at Father's residence on Monday morning and she shall drop Lauren off at school. Father shall pick Lauren up after school and retain custody of both children until 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday morning. On Wednesday morning, Father shall drop Lauren off at school at 8:00 a,m. He shall pick Lauren up at school and drop both Lauren and Zachary off at the babysitter's home at 2:00 p,m. 2. If the children do not have school on Monday, Father's custodial periOd shall begin at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday afternoon, B. During the summer months, on alternating weekends, Father's schedule shall be extended to run from Sunday at 3:00 p,m. (as opposed to Monday morning) through Wednesday. Father shall drop Lauren and Zachary off at the babysitter's home on Wednesday no later than 2:00 p,m. C. Every Thursday, Father shall be entitled to custody of both children at his discretion. He shall pick the children up at 12:00 noon from Mother's residence. Mother will pick up the children at 5:00 p,m, from Father's residence. D, In the event, that either parent finds it necessary to use a third party care provider for the children, that parent shall offer the other parent the right of first refusal with regard to providing daycare, E, The transportation schedule discussed herein shall apply as long as the parties reside at the addresses where they were living at the time this Order was entered. 4, The parents will alternate the following major holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving. The custodial period shall run from 10:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m. The schedule shall begin with Mother having Easter, 1999. 5. The Christmas holiday shall be shared as follows: A. Every year, Father shall have the children from 9:00 a.m, on December 24 through 4:00 p.m, on December 24. In the event that Father is not working on December 23, then he shall have the children from 6:00 p.m. on December 23 through 4:00 p.m, on December 24; 8, Every year, Mother shall have the children from 4:00 p,m, on December 24 through 10:00 p.m, on Decernbe r 24: C. In even numbered years, Father shall have the children from 10:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve Through 12:00 noon on Christmas Day and Mother shall have the children from 12: 00 noon on Christmas Day through 12:00 noon on December 26: and D. In odd numbered years, Mother shall have the children from 10:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve through 12:00 noon on Christmas Day and Father shall have the children from 12: 00 noon on Christmas Day through 5:00 p.m, on Christmas Day. 6. Parents agree to participate in counseling to address issue with Lauren and will be guided by counselor's advice for Sunday evening visitation during school year. BY J.
