WHEREAS, DICKINSON GREENE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (Owner), of
Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporancously herewith, a contract with
Vanguard Homes, Ine, (Contractor), of Jcnkintown, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a
two story building upon a lot of land situate at Lot # 19 - Dickinson Grcen, Borough of Carlisle
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
Now, Clrp";" \ 'i ~ 1999, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has becn given by the said DICKINSON GREENE
LIMITED PARTNERSHIP to the said VANGUARD HOMES, INC, to commence work on the
said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract
with VANGUARD HOMES. INe. and the further consideration of one dollar, to VANGUARD
HOMES, INC, paid by DICKINSON GREENE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP it is agreed that no
lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the
material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor
or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly
waived,
