MUNICIPAL CLAIM FOR SEWER
The Borough of Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania by and through its
assistant solicitor, Dylan Painter Dayton, Esquire, hereby files its claim for unpaid sewer
charges and set forth its claim as follows:
Statement of Claim
1. The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is the Borough of
Camp Hill, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with offices located
at 2145 Walnut Street, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. The name or names of the owner or owners, or reputed owner or owners of the
property against which this claim is filed is Fay I. Bickart.
3. A description of the property against which this claim is filed is the house and
property known as and numbered 3405 Walnut Street, Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
4. The claim for collection of these unpaid amounts is based upon the Municipal
Claims Act, 53 P.S. § 7101, et seq.
5. All acts, conditions, events and things required to be done under and by the
Borough of Camp Hill have been done and performed in due and legal form so as to entitled
the Borough of Camp Hill to a lien for the payment of the amounts for which this claim is
filed.
6. The sewer rate was charged for sewer service furnished to the above-described
property connected to the Borough of Camp Hill sanitary sewer system during the period from
2002 through 2003 (2 periods).
7. The amount of the charges due under this claim are as follows:
a. sewer charge at $120 per year in $60 bi-annual payments $120.00
b. sewer penalty and interest 15.68
c. Attorneys' fees (Ordinance 968) 135.00
TOTAL CLAIM $270.68
Additional delinquent sewer charges to be included subsequent to filing.
