Works docs hereby authorize and empowcr any Attorney of any Court of Records of
Pcnnsylvania, orf elsewhere, to appear for and to enter Judgment against DEBTOR for the above
sum, with or without declaration, with costs of suit, release of errors, without stay of cxecution,
and with five per cent, added for collecting fees; and Joel D, Ramp, tJa/d/b/a Quality Lawn Works
also waives the right of inquisition on any real estate that mllY be levied Upon to collcctthis note,
and does hereby voluntarily condemn the same and authorize the Prothonotary to enter Upon the
FI. FA, Joel D, Ramp's and Quality Lawn Works' said voluntary condemnation, and Joel D,
Ramp, tJa/d/b/a Quality Lawn Works further agree said estate may be sold on a FI. FA., and does
hereby waive and release all relief from any and all appraisement, stay or exemption Jaws of any
State, now in force, or hereafter to be passed,
