Upon inspection, Plaintiff discovered thaI Defendants had not cleaned the premisss appropriately as agreed upon by all parties in the lease, and left various items including a Bar-b-que grill, brooms and end tables for removal by Plaintiff. 13. In restoring the premises to a habitable state, Plaintiff incurred $600.00 in general cleaning costs and $95.35 in carpet cleaning expenses. See Exhibits "B" through "E".
