6. All work was completed in a professional manner with a
result favorable to Defendant.
7. Defendant has repeatedly made oral promises to pay
Plaintiff's out-of-pocket costs and fees which total one thousand
six hundred and 00/100 ($1,600.00) dollars.
8. To date Defendant has failed to pay any monies to
Plaintiff.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands that judgment be entered for
Plaintiff and against the Defendant in an amount of one thousand
six hundred and 00/100 ($1,600.00) Dollars plus costs, which
claim does not exceed the jurisdictional amount requiring
arbitration referral by local
