TO INTERROGATORIES IN ATTACHMENT
AND NOW, comes Garnishee, Fulton Bank, by and through its attorneys, Caldwell &
Keams, and does submit the following Answers and Objections to Plaintiff's Interrogatories stating
as follows, to wit:
I. At the time you were served or at any subsequent time did you (individually or joiutly
with any other person or firm) owe the Defendant any money or were you liable to the Defcndant
on any judgment or on any negotiable or written instrument, or did the Defendant claim that you
owed them any rnoney or were liable to thern for any reason? If so, how much.
Answer: No.
2. At the time you were served or at any subsequent time was there in your possession,
custody or control or in the joint possession, custody or control of yourself and one or more other
persons any property of any nature owned solely or in part by the Defendant? If so, how much.
Answer: Yes. Checking account nurnber 2519-29116 which had a balance of$604.60.
And checking account number 2519-29121 which had a negative balance of $-13.45 for a net
balance of$591.15.
3. At the time you were served or at any subsequent time did you hold legal title to any

property of any nature owned solely or in part by the Defendant or in which the Defendant held or
claimed any interest? If
Ansvver: No.
4. At the tirne you were served or at any subsequent time did you hold as fiduciary any
property in which the Defendant had an interest? If
Answer: Yes. See response to Interrogatory No.2.

5. At the tirne before or after you were served did the Defendant transfer or deliver any
property to you or to any person or place pursuant to your direction or consent? If so, what was the
consideration therefor?
Answer: Objection is rnade to that portion of Interrogatory No. 5 which seeks
information relative to any time before service of the Writ. To respond without reasonable
perimeters oftimc, again would be unreasonable and unduly burdensorne to Garnishee. It would not
lead to the discovery of any further relevant information. With regard to transfers subsequent to
service ofthe Writ, no transfers have been made that would jeopardize payment to Plaintiff of the
amount claimed on the Writ of Execution, if judgment be entered.
