LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL TRACT NO.1: ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of land situated in the Borough of New
Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania comprising the Western half of Lot No. 24 and the
entire Lot No. 23 in Section "D" in the Central plan of George W. Bunorff's Addition to New
Cumberland, as recorded in the Recorder's Office of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book
"N", Volume 5, Page 498; said lots being more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly side of Second Street distant One hundred (100) feet in an
easterly direction from Rosemont Street and extending Northwardly One hundred forty (140) feet from
Ross Avenue; thence eastwardly thirty-seven and one-half (37 1/2) feet to the center of Lot No. 24;
thence by the same Southwestwardly one hundred forty (140) feet to Second Street; thence Westerly
thirty-seven and one-half (37 1/2) feet. to the point of place of Beginning.
TRACT NO.2: ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or tract of land situate in the Borough of New Cumberland,
(formerly Lower AIIen Township), Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 25 and one-half
of Lot No.24, in Section "D" in the General Plan of George T, Buttorffs addition to New Cumberland,
as recorded in the Recorder's Office of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book "N", Volume
5, page 498, said tract being more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly side of Second Street distant one hundred twenty-five feet
(125) West of the Northwestern corner of Futaw A venue and Second Street and extending Northwardly
one hundred forty (140) feet to Ross Avenue; thence Westwardly thirty-seven and one haIf (371/2) feet
to a point in the center of Lot No. 24; thence Southwardly one hundred forty (140) feet to Second
Street; thence Eastwardly by the same thirty-seven and one-haIf (37 1/2) feet to the dividing line
between'Lots numbered 25 and 26, the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING lot number 23 and one-half of lot number 24 on aforesaid.
HAVING THEREON erected a single frarne bungalow, No. 611 Second Street, New Cumberland,
Pennsylvania.
