lane, Lewisberry, P~nll'Ylvania, is about to ~x~cute contemporan~ously herewith, a contract, with CARLIN
Builders of Lew,sberry , P~nnsylvania, for th~ ~r~ction of a building upon pr~mises commonly known as
LOT 13 ALISON AVENUE, UPPER ALLEN TWP. MECHANICSBURG, CUMBERLAND County,
Pennsylvania, as set forth in th~ deed dated July 30, 1998, r~corded at Deed Book 182, Page 723, in th~
Recorder's Office for CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, as mor~ specifically d~scribed in Exhibit" A"
which is incorporat~d h~r~in and attached hereto.
NOW, APRIL 16, 1999, at the tim~ of and immediately before lhe ex~cution of th~ principal contract,
and before any authority has b~en given by th~ said Owner to the said Contraetor to commence work on the
said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with
Contractor and the further considel"dtion of One Dollar ($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that
no lien shall be tiled against the building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the
materialmen or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or ~xtra labor or materials
purchased for the erection of said building, the right to tile such liens being expressly waived.
