WAIVER OF RI~T TO FILE MECHANICS' LIEN
WHEP,~AS, the undersigned Contractor ha~ entered into %
contract with the hereinafter mentioned Owners to provide
materials and perform labor necessary for the construction
o~ improvements upon the real estate herein described for ~
good and valuable consideration,
AND NOW TNEREFORE, i= is hereby stipulated and a~reed
by and between =he said parties, as part of the said
contract and for the consideration therein set forth, and
intending to be legally bound hereby, tha~ neither the
undersigned Contractor, nor any subcontractor or
materialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or
materials =o the sa~d Contractor under chis contract shall
f~le a lien, commonly calked a mechanics' lien. for work
done or materA~ls ~urn~shed to the buildlng or any part
thereof or any parc of any improvement on =he real es=ate.
This stipulation is made and intended =o be filed in
the office of the Prothonotary either prior to the
comr~encem~nt of the work upon the ground, or w~thin ten days
after =he execution of the said contract, ~n accordance with
the requirements of the Act of Assembly of Pennsylvanla. in
such case made and provided.
