Plaintiff, Perfect Order, Inc., (hereinafter "Perfect Order") is a Pennsylvania Corporation with a principal place of business at 1150 Lancaster Boulevard, Suite 100, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055-4416. 2. Defendant, Commercial Consulting Services is a business entity of undetermined nature, with a place of business at Route 40 E, Hopwood Center, Suite 1, Hopwood, PA 15445. 3. On or about May 26, 1998, Plaintiff sent to Defendant a sales quotation for various computer products. A true and correct copy of this quotation is attached hereto as Exhibit "A". 4. On or about May 28, 1998, Defendant sent to Plaintiff a purchase order for various computer products. A true and correct copy of this purchase order is attached hereto as Exhibit "B". 5. On or about June 5,1998, Plaintiff shipped to Defendant one (1) Prosignia 200 Pentium II computer; two (2) NIC cards; two (2) 4.5 GB hard drives; three (3) SCSI controllers, and two (2) 64 meg RAM upgrades. The total invoice for these items was $4,822.86. This invoice was numbered 98JUN16-IN and a true and correct copy of this invoice is attached hereto as Exhibit "C'. 6. On or about June 9. 1998, Defendant sent to Plaintiff a purchase order for Citrix Winframe 1.7 computer software. A true and correct copy of this purchase order is attached hereto as Exhibit "0'. 7. On or about June 15, 1998, Plaintiff shipped to Defendant the CITRIX WINFRAME 1.7 Enterprise software, serial number 49301XXXX013437. The total invoice for this Item was $4,263.32. This invoice was numbered 98JUN43-IN and a true and correct copy of this invoice is attached hereto as Exhibit "E". 8. On or about October 1, 1998, Defendant was given a credit on invoice number 98JUN16-IN that is attached hereto as Exhibit "C" reflecting a reduction offive (5) percent off the purchase price of several of the products. This credit resulted in a reduction of the arnount due on invoice number 98JUN16-IN of $632.45. A true and correct copy of the credit rnemo reflecting this reduction is attached hereto as Exhibit "F". 9. The total amount due on invoice number 98JUN16-IN after the reduction is $4,190.41. 2 ','j 10. As of this date, the Plaintiff has received no payment on either Invoice. , ,: ~"!' [: Jf, :" 11.
