I. Plainliffs are GemId Trego and Mary An Trego, husband and wife, and are adult
individuals currently residing at 2343 Walnut Bottom Road, Carlisle. Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 17013.
2, Defendant Wright E. Parker, is an adult individual currently residing at The State
Correctional Facility at Coal Township, I Kelly Drive, Shamokin, Penasylvania 17872,
3, Plainliffs seek custody of Defendant's child, Wright E. Parker Jr" who was born, out
of wedlock, on January 30, 1990. Wright has resided with PIlIintiffs since September 4, 1992, Ruth
Wright, Wright's mother. having died on January I, 1999, appointed Plaintiffs as guardians of Wright,
4. Plaillliffs are the guardians of Wright having been so appointed by Wright's mother,
Ruth Wright. They currently reside with the following:

April Trego -.. Age 23 Daughter
Jason Trego ... Age 20 Son
5. Defendant Wright E. Parker is Wright's falher. He is single, lives apart from Wright,
and is incarcerated.
6. The parties have not participated in any previous litigatioa concerning the custody of
Wright, in this court or any court. The Plaintiffs have no information of lIny custody proceeding
concerning Wright pending in any other court.
7. The best interests and permanent welfare of Wright will be served by granting custody
to Plaintiffs, as they are best suited to provide 1I stable economic, nurturing, and loving environment,
until such time that Defendant is able to render appropriate care.

consideration of the attached CUstody Conciliation Report, it is ordered
and directed as follows:
1. Plaintiffs, Gerald Trego and Mary An Trego, shall have legal
custody and primary physical custody of Wright E. Parker, Jr., born January
30, 1990.
2. At such time as the Father, Wright E. Parker, is no longer
incarcerated, the Father shall be entitled to have periods of visitation or
supervised custody with the Child as arranged by agreement of the parties.
