1. The Plaintiff is Alexis J. Pollack, residing at 1091 Oyster Mill Rd., Camp Hill,
Cumberland County, PA 17011. Her home telephone number is (717) 975-5556.
2, The defendant is Peter D. James, DOB 9/4/68, Soc. Sec. #203-55-2019,
residing at 252 Big Pond Rd., Shippensburg, Cumberland County, PA 17257. His
home telephone number is (717) 530-5601. He is currently employed by Manpower.
3. Plaintiff seeks custody of the following child:
Mikayla W. Pollack, DOB 9/23/94.
The child was born out of wedlock,
The child is presently in the custody of the Plaintiff, Alexis J. Pollack, who resides
at 1091 Oyster Mill Rd., Camp Hill, PA.
