attorney's fees will be charged in accordance with the reduction
provisions of Act 6, if applicable.
8. Notice of Intention to Foreclose under Act 6 of J.974 of
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is not requirRd as the original

specified by the Pennsylvan~a Homeowner's Emergency Mortgage

Camp Hill PA 170Ll is in serious default because you
have not made the monthly payment of $ 705.08 for the months
of 11/1/98 through 1/1/99. Late char~es and other charges have also
accrued t'? this date. The total amount now required to cure this
default, as of the date of this letter is $ 2,199.16.
You may cure this default within thirty (30) days of the date of this
letter, by paying $ 2,199.16 plus any additional monthly payments and
late charges which may become due. Such payments must be made either
by cashier's check, certified check or money order, and forwarded to
National City Mortgage, 3232 Newmark Drive, Miamisburg, OH 45342,
to the attention of the Collection Department. If you do not cure
the default within thirty (30) days, we intend to exercise our
right to accelerate the mortgage payments. This means whatever is
owing on the original amount borrowed will be considered due

to one hour before the sheriff's foreclosure sale. You may do so by
