in Penn Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, containing a
tota~ ~ot area of 1.044 acres ar,Q being lot NO.2 on the Final
SUDd~v~s~on Plan For Maple Grove, recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Plan Book 75,
Page 58.
Also being the same premises which Rodger C. Diehl, Jr. and Shryle
M. Diehl by their deed dated December 29, 199B and recorded December
31, 1998 in Cumberland County Deed Book 192, Page 14 granted and
conveyed unto Anthony A. Moomaw and Tammy E. Moomaw, Owners.

contract with Anthony A. Moomoaw and Tammy E. Moomoaw and the funhcr
consideration of One Dollar. 10 John Fogarty Custom Built Homes, Inc. paid
by ANthony A. Moomaw and Tammy E. Moomaw ' it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the contractor. or any sub<onlraclor. nor by any of the matcrial men or workmen or any other person for any
labor. or materials purchased. or extra lahor or materials purchased for the ereclion of said building. the righlto file such
liens being expressly waived.
