Alexander Contructors, Inc.,

James B. Grandon, Jr. and Jean Grandon, his wite, hereinafter
referred to as Owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to
erect and construct an Of rice Building on that certain lot of
ground situate in
SEE EXHIBIT "An ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
NOW TBBRBPORZ, THIS AGRBEICENT WITNESSETH. That the said
Contractor, for and in consideration Of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar
to Alexander Contructors, Inc. in hand paid by Owner, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration
mentioned in the Bgreement aforesaid, for themselves and their
subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them,
covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be
tiled or maintained by them or any or them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furniShed by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for themselves, their
subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and
relinquish the right to have, rile, and maintain any mechanic's
liens or claims against the said buildings or any of them, and
agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be
an independent covenant. .

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
ALL THAT CERTAIN parcel of land situate in Hampden Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as shown on a Zoning Limits
Plan, prepared by H. Edward Black and Associates, P.C., dated
November 24, 1998, and more particularly bounded and described as
follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point at the southeast intersection of Carlisle
Pike and Oak Avenue; thence by the southern line of the Carlisle
Pike, North 76 degrees 24 minutes 35 seconds East, 227.12 feet to
a point at land now or late of Edward Von Jess; thence by same,
South 17 degrees 59 minutes 30 seconds East, 269.73 feet to a
pipe at lands now or late of Shoop; thence by same and lands now
or late of Frankovick, South 68 degrees 42 minutes 47 seconds
West, 209.57 feet to a pin on the eastern line of Oak Avenue;
thence by the eastern line of Oak Avenue, North 21 degrees 17
minutes 13 seconds West, 299.70 feet to a point, the place of
BEGINNING.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES composed of the following conveyances:
Deed from Wayne P. Holtzman and Phyllis M. Holtzman, his wife,
dated December 12, 1997, to James E. Grandon, Jr. and Jean
Grandon, his wife, recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book 169, Page
608.
Deed from Walter C. Milewski and Helen G. Milewski, his wife,
dated February 21, 1978, to James E. Grandon, Jr. and Jean
Grandon, his wife, recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book Q, Volume
27, Page 887.
Deed from Sylvia A. Moomy, Widow, dated February 27, 1969, to
James E. Grandon and Virginia Grandon, his wife, and recorded in
the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, in Deed Book D, Volume 23, Page 88. James E..
Grandon predeceased Virginia Grandon thereby vesting title in
Virginia Grandon by operation of law. Virginia Grandon died
November 26, 1983, leaving a Last Will and Testament wherein she
devised and bequeathed all of her estate to James E. Grandon, Jr.
