NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: Thnt Contrnctor for nnd in consideration of the nwnrding to him by
Ownerofsaid contract as aforeRaid, as wen aR the further conoideration of One ($1.00) Dollar to him puid ator before the
enscoling and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby covenant, promisc
and Ilgree that no mechanics'lien or claim cr other lien or claim of any kind whatsoevcr 8hall be filed llgainsllhe said
huildinJt or buildings or the curtilage or curtilnges appurtenant lhrret.o, by Contractor or by any 8ub-contractor,
materialmen or laborers for work done or matr.rinls furnished under said contract for nnd about said building or
buildings or any part thereof, oron credit thereof, and that 011 sub-contractors, materialmen, Rnd Inborers on soid work
shall look to and hold Contractor personally liable for all Rub.cantracUl, material. fumiRhed and work and labor done,
so that there shall not be any legal or lawful c1nim of any kind whatever aguinRtOwner for any work done or labor or
materials fumiRhed under eaid contract for and about the erection, construction and completion of said buildings 8e
aforesaid, or under ony contracts for extra work, or for work supplemental thereto, or otherwise
AND, in order to give the Owner full power Ilnd Iluthority to prot.cct himoclfaud the lot or loUl of gronnd ngninst any
and all claims filed by the Contrnctoror anyone acting uoderot through him or itin violation ofthe foregoing covenant,
the said Contractor for himself, themselves, itself, hereby irrevocably authorizes nnd empowere any Attorney of ony
Court of Common Pless of the Commonwealth oCPennsylvanio, to appear for him, them, it, or any of them, in any of the
said Court.s of Common Picas as Attorney forhilTI, them arit and in his, their, its, name, mark sutisfied of record at the
cost and expense of Ule Contractor or of any Sub-Contractor or Materialman, Of Materialmen, any and nil claims or
c1aim,lien or liens, filed by or for the Contrnctor, or any Sub-Contractor or Muterinlman, or in his or their name against
