I, Jay C. Scheinfield, Esquire, being duly sworn according to
law, deposes and says that he represents the Plaintiff in the above
entitled case; that he is authorized to make this affidavit on
behalf of Plaintiff; that the above named Defendant Samantha Payne
is over 18 years of age; that the last known address of Defendant
Samantha Payne is 153 Rustic Drive, Shippensburg, PA 17257; that
the occupation of Defendant Samantha Payne is unknown; and
Defendant Samantha Payne is not in the Military Service of the
United States, nor any State or Territory thereof or its allies as
defined in the Soldiers' Civil Relief Act of 1940 and the
amendments thereto.
