2. Defendant, JEFFREY C. HUNT, is an aduJt individual whose

3. On or about October 30, 1992, the said Defendants
hereto and marked Exhibit "A",
payable to MARGARETTEN & COMPANY, INC., which Note is attached
executed and delivered a Mortgage Note in the sum of $82,039.00
of the aforesaid Mortgage Note, in order to secure payment of the
4. Contemporaneously with and at the time of the execution
same, Defendants made, executed, and delivered to original
Mortgagee, a certain real estate Mortgage which is recorded in
the Recorder of Deeds Office of the within County and
original Mortgagee the subject premises. The Mortgage was
Commonwealth in Mortgage Book 1098, Page 641 conveying to
aforeGaid County in Mortgage Beak 502, Page 3 on AuguGt IS, 1995.
SUbsequently assigned to E~~K OF AMERICA, FSB and recorded in the
Said r~ortgage and }l.ssignment are incorporated herein by
referen::e.
5. The land subject to the Mortgage is: 349 SPORTING HILL
ROAD, HAMPDEN, PENNSYLVANIA 17055 and is more particularly
described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto.
6. The said Defendants are the real owners of the land
subject to the Mortgage.
7. The Mortgage is in default due to the fact that
Mortgagors have failed to pay the installment due on December 1,
1998 and all subsequent installments thereon, and the following
amounts are due on the Mortgage:
(a) Unpaid principal balance
