1915.3-8, the undersigned Custody Conciliator submits the following report:
1. The pertinent information concerning the Child who is the subject
of this litigation is as follows:

2. A Conciliation Conference was held on June 8, 1999, with the
following individuals in attendance: The Mother, Kristen A. Marshall, with
her c.'Ounsel, Lee E. Oesterling, Esquire. The Father, who currentl~' resides
in New Jersey neither attended the Conference nor contacted the Conciliator
to participate by telephone. The Father was served with the Petition and
Notice of the Conference by certified mail (receipt signed by third party)
on !1ay 18, 1999. The Nother's counsel also forwarded a copy of the Notice
by regular mail, which was not returned.
3. The Mother filed t.his Petition for pdmary physical and legal
custody of the Child, who is now 5 years old and ho.s resided with the
Mother since birth. According to the Mother, the Father last had contact
with the Child in Decem.')Cr 1993 when the Child was 2 months old.
4. Based upon the representations of the Mother at the Conference,
the Conciliator recommends an order in the form as attached.
