ABSTRACT OF JUDGMENT
NOTICE
Pursuant to Title 28, United States Code, Section 320 I, this judgment, upon Ibe filing of Ibis ab'tract in Ibe manner in which a
nolice of tax lien would be filed under paragraphs (1) and (2) of 26 U.S.C. ~6323(t), creates a lien on all real properly of Ibe Defendant
and has priorily over all olher liens or encumbrances which arc perfected later in time. The lien ereated by tltis ,ection is effective, unless
satisliL'd, for a period of 20 years and may be renewed by filing a notice of renewal. If suclt notice of renewal is filed before tlte expiration
of tlte 20-year period to prevent Ibe expiration of Ibe lien and tlte court approves tlte renewal, tlte lien shall relate back to Ibe date tlte
judgment is flied.
