59' 52. E, a distance of 96.95' along Lot #4; thence continuing along Lot #4, S 50
30' 30. E, a distance of 270.00' to an iron pin; thence still along Lot #4, S 300 59'
30. E, a distance of 130.00' to an iron pin; thence along lands now or late of
Simon A. Lehman, S 80010' 30. W, a distance of 383.31' to an iron pin; thence
along lands now or late of Max C. Hempt, N 240 24' 30. W, a distance of 319.80'
to an iron pin; thence along Lot #6, N 290 35' 30" E, a distance of 145,61' to an
iron pin; thence along a curve to the left on the southern right of way of Latchgate
Lane having a radius of 50.00' and an arc distance of 68.14' to an iron pin;
thence on a curve to the right, still on the southem right of way line, a radius of
25.00' and an arc distance of 21.03' to an iron pin; thence S 680 24' 30" E, a
distance of 6.15' to an iron pin; thence on a curve to the left on the southern right
of way line of Latchgate Lane, a radius of 175.0' and an arc distance of 297.29' to
a point, said point being the point of beginning,
All of that land situate in Silver Spring Township, containing 3.6582
acres and being shown as Lot #5 on the Final Plan of Lots of Rich Valley Manor
prepared by Whittock-Hartman Engineers on November 15, 1988, Drawing No,

Pennsylvania Corporation, by Deed dated January 13, 1999 and recorded
