I, MATTHEW L. eRA WFORD, promise to pay to the ordcr of AUDREY M.
CRAWFORD thc sum of Forty Three Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Seven and 82nOO
($43,697,82) Dollars, payable in full on orbcfore January 1,2000. Thc obligation can be paid in
full with out pcnalty at any time by tendering the unpaid principal balance to Audrey M.
Crawford. All payments shall be made to Audrey A. Crawford at 89 Willow Mill Park Road,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania or to such othcr address as designatcd to mc by Audrey M,
Crawford.
And to sccure the payment of said amount, I do hereby authorize, irrevocably, any attorney of
any Court of Record to appcar for me in such Court, in term timc or vacation, at any time
hereaftcr, and confess judgment, without process, in favor of the holdcr of this Note, for such
amount as may appcar to be unpaid thereon, whether due or not together with costs, and to
waive and relcase all errors which may intcwene in such procecdings and to consent to
immediate cxecution upon such judgment; with 10% attorncys fees charged; hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said Attorney may do by virtue hereof.
