Pennsylvania, is ahout to execute Contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Carron Construction, Inc.
of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, for the erection Of n huildinc upon premises commonly known as Lur 0-17
FLORIBUNDA HFIGH'I:S, EAST PI:NNSBORO 'rWP. CAMP HILL, CUMBERI-AND County,
Pennsylvania, as set Gmh in the decd dated recorded :u Deed Book Pace
in die Recor'der's Office Iiir CUMBERLAND County. Pennsylvania, as more specifically described in Exhibit
"A" which is incorporated herein and alarched hereto.
NOW, MAY G, 1999, at due time of mid inmtedialely before the execution of the principal contract,
and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on die
said building, or purchase niaerials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with
Contractor and die further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner, it is agreed that
no lien shall be filed against the huilding by the Contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the
niaterialmen or workmen or any other person tin any lahol., or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials
purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern side of Cherish Drive at the southwestern corner of Lot
No. 0-16 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along the southern side of Lot No. 0-16,
North 72 degrees 43 minutes 30 seconds East, 166.54 feet to a point at the western line of Plan of
Floribunda Heights, Phase 11, Section VII; thence along the said western line of Plan of Floribunda
Heights, Phase TI, Section -Vii. South 63 degrees 51 minutes 01 second East, 32.07 feet to a point at the
northwestern corner of Lot No. 0-I8 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along the western
side of Lot No. 0-18, South 28 degrees 08 minutes 29 seconds West, 176.15 feet to a point on the
southeastern side of Cherish Drive; thence along the southeastern side of Cherish Drive, by a curve to
the left having a radius of 225.00 feet and an arc length of 162.79 feet to a point, the point and place of
BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 16,508.28 square feet.
BEING Lot No. 0-17, on the Final Plan of Floribunda Heights, Phase 11, Section VIII, and
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 74,

UNDER AND SUBJECT, NEVERTHELESS, to all easements, restrictions, encumbrances and
other matters of record or that which a physical inspection or survey of the premises would reveal.
