ORDER
AND NOW, this / day of _ 1999, upon
consideration of the Petition of Great American Insurance Company, and the
Stipulation by and between the Pennsylvania State Police and Great
American Insurance Company, it is hereby Ordered that the Pennsylvania
State Police shall release the 1992 Nissan Pathfinder, originally bearing the
Vehicle Identification Number JN8HD17YNW027399, to the custody of Great
American Insurance Company, and that a representative of some shall
immediately remove the vehicle from the Commonwealth upon its release.

STIPULATION
IT IS HEREBY AGREED AND STIPULATED by and between the Pennsylvania
State Police and Great American Insurance Company as follows:
1. The above-referenced 1992 Nissan Pathfinder, bearing the Vehicle
Identification Number, JN8HD17YNW027399, which was stolen from its owner
on August 27, 1996, has been recovered and is currently being held by the
Pennsylvania State Police Troop H, 1538 Commerce Avenue, Carlisle, PA
17013.
2. Saly In and Soloy In were the owners of the 1992 Nissan Pathfinder.
3. The Pennsylvania State Police upon receipt of a Court Order, shall
voluntarily release the 1992 Nissan Pathfinder to Great American's custody.
4. Great American Insurance Company shall remove the above-
referenced 1992 Nissan Pathfinder from Pennsylvania to Central Penn
Salvage immediately upon its release so Great American Insurance can
auction some.
5. Great American Insurance Company agrees to promptly pay all
towing and storing charges, if any, incurred in the repossession, retrieval and
storage of the vehicle.
