Dietz, Esquire, and files this Complaint and specifically avers the following in support thereof: 1. Plaintiff, Halifax Area School District, is an organization existing by virtue of the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with a principle place of business located at 3940 Peters Mountain Road, Halifax, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. 2. Defendant, Elsina M. Eyster, is an adult individual with a principle place of residence located at 309 North Enola Drive, Enola, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17025-2217. 3. At all times relevant herein Defendant, Elsina M. Eyster, was a resident of Dauphin County, residing within the Halifax Area School District. 4. Defendant, Elsina M. Eyster, was sent tax assessments for personal occupation and per capita taxes as per the standard annual practice of the Plaintiff, Halifax Area School District. 5. Defendant, Elsina M. Eyster; has failed and/or refused to pay said tax assessments for the years 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, and 1997. j 6. Defendant, Elsina M. Eyster, has made no payment j` on the outstanding tax assessments. 7. Defendant, Elsina M. Eyster, has defaulted on her obligation to pay tax assessments for 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996 and 1997, which Defendant is required to pay according to state and local law. Plaintiff, Halifax Area School District, has determined that the total amount due and owing by Defendant, Elsina M. Eyster, can be broken down as follows: HALIFAX AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT 1988 ASSESSMENT TAX $206.25 1989 ASSESSMENT TAX $206.25 1990 ASSESSMENT TAX $286.00 1991 ASSESSMENT TAX $286.00 1992 ASSESSMENT TAX $286.00 1993 ASSESSMENT TAX $286.00 1994 ASSESSMENT TAX $298.00 1995 ASSESSMENT TAX $286.00 1996 ASSESSMENT TAX $286.00 1997 ASSESSMENT TAX $286.00 ATTORNEY'S FEES (15%) $907.00 TOTAL $3,119.50 8. Plaintiff, Halifax Area School District, demands judgment in its favor for the past due amount of Three Thousand One Hundred Nineteen and 50/100ths Dollars ($3,119.50).
