ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or parcel of land situate in East
Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and being more
fully shown and described as LOT 23 on a subdivision plan titled
"JarLin Farm" prepared by Joseph R. Body, Engineer & Surveyor (Plan
No. C-1287) and recorded in Plan Book 69, Page 63, Cumberland
County Records, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern right-of-way line of
Fortuna Lane (50' wide), said point being approximately 208'
northerly from the middle of Browns Lane, thence along said right-
of-way line, North 33031138" West, 80.00 feet to a point; thence
leaving Fortuna Lane and following along Lot 24 of the JarLin Farm
subdivision, North 56028'22" East, 105.00 feet to a point in line
of Lot 31 of the JarLin Farm subdivision, thence partly along Lot
31 and completely along Lot 32 of the JarLin Farm subdivision,
South 33031138" East, 80.00 feet to a point; thence along Lot 22 of
the JarLin Farm subdivision, South 56028122" West, 105.00 feet to
the point of beginning.
