This is to certify that a search has been conducted of the records contained in
the office of the Recorder of Deeds and of the Prothonotary of Cumberland County
covering the period January 1969 to present. The purpose of the search was to
determine if any liens were present against Tracy Lynn Rupp.
The records contained a Notice of JudgmenUTranscript, Docket No.99-2473,
Winchester Gardens v. Tracy Rupp in the amount of $6,064.00.
The records also reflect a mortgage on a house under the names Dennis Alan
Trimmer and Tracy L. Trimmer.
By letter this date, the Winchester Gardens has been advised of the action being
taken by Ms. Rupp to change her name to Tracy Lynn Trimmer. A letter has also been
sent to the mortgage company. Copies of the two letters are attached.

Court of Common Pleas to have her name changed to Tracy Lynn Trimmer. The name

Winchester Gardens is the Plaintiff in an action against Ms. Tracy Rupp, docketed
under 99-2473 Civil-a District Justice Judgment in the amount of $6,064.00. If this
