Peters First American Title Insurance Company Commitment No. 819102 SCHEDULE C ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land being situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point on the eastern right-of-way line of Inverness Drive, a 50 foot wide street, said point being on the northern most corner of Lot No. 61; thence along said right-of-way line along a curve to the left having a radius of 175.00 feet and an arc length of 76.43 feet, said arc being subtended by a chord of North 37 degrees 38 minutes 15 seconds East a distance of 75.83 feet to a point, said point being the southwestern corner of Lot No. 63; thence along the southern line of said lot South 64 degrees 52 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 125.00 feet to a point, said point being on the western line of lands now or formerly of Phase IV; thence along the western line of said lands South 37 degrees 38 minutes 15 seconds West a distance of 129.99 feet to a point, said point being the eastern most corner of Lot No. 61; thence along the northern line of said lot North 39 degrees 51 minutes 01 seconds West a distance of 125.00 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
