pieces or parcels of lard situtated in Fast Pennsboro Township,

described as follows:

NOW, MER-r ORE, it!is hereby stipulated and agreed by and becreen the said
parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set
forth, that neither the undersigned contractor; any sub-contractor or.
ii materialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said
contractor under t5is contract shall file a lien, commonly called a•mechanic's
lien, for work done or materials fnr..ished to the said building or any part
thereof.
This scipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County
Frothonocarj within Can (10) days after data, in accordance with reeuiremencs
of Act of Assemble of Pennsylvania, in,such case provided.

formerly of John E. Burleson North 30 degrees 17 minutes 42 seconds West, a distance
of 1900.51 feet to a stone pile on line of property now or formerly of WHTM-TV, Inc.; North
87 degrees 04 minutes 04 seconds East, a distance of 471.64 feet to a point on line of land
of Grantor; thence along line of land of Grantor, South 28 degrees 01 minute 09 seconds
East, a distance of 1451.09 feet to an iron pin at the corner of property now or formerly of
Robert M. Gates and Ronald G. Gates; thence along line of land now or formerly of Robert
M. Gates and Ronald G. Gates, south 00 degrees 34 minutes 28 seconds West, a distance
of 338.16 feet to an iron pin on line of land now or formerly of Robert T. and Patti J. Single;
thence along line of land now or formerly of Robert T. and Patti J. Single, South 76
degrees 26 minutes 46 seconds West, a distance of 196.05 feet to an iron pin, the point
and place of BEGINNING.
