Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern line of State Street and the
line of adjoinder between Lots 1 and 2 as shown on the hereinafter
mentioned Plan of Lots; thence by Lot No. 2 South 33 degrees 34
minutes 32 seconds East 95.84 feet to an iron pin; thence by Willow
Street South 62 degrees West 52.76 feet to a point; thence by land
