WHEREAS, David L. Reider, Jr. and Lisa A. Reider, of Dauphin County,
Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Michael
Manning & Associates of 1706 Kathryn Street, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania 17070,
Pennsylvania, for the erection of a dwelling upon a lot of land situate as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in the Township of East
Pennsboro, Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being more fully described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the dedicated right-of-way line of Sullivan Street at
the dividing line of Lot No. 7 and Lot No. 8, Hickory Ridge, Phase I, recorded in Plan Book
77, Page 143; thence by said dividing line, North 88 degrees 33 minutes 06 seconds East a
distance of 100.00 feet to a point at the dividing line of Lot No. 9 and lands herein described;
thence by said dividing line, South 01 degree 26 minutes 54 seconds East a distance of 80.00
feet to a point on the dedicated right-of-way line of Black Pine Drive; thence by said right-of-
way line the following two courses and distances:
point. 1. South 50 degrees 28 minutes 32 seconds West a distance of 33.32 feet to a i

2. By a curve to the right having a radius of 125.00 feet and an arc distance of
74.40 feet to a point at the southern terminus of a 5.00 foot radius curve connecting the
dedicated right-of-way line of Black Pine Drive to the dedicated right-of-way line of Sullivan
Street.
Thence by said curve to the right having a radius of 5.00 feet and an arc distance
of 8.20 feet to a point on the dedicated right-of-way line of Sullivan Street; thence by said
right-of-way line NoRh 01 degree 26 minutes 54 seconds West a distance of 121.86 feet to
a point, the place of BEGINNING.

CONTAINING 11,090.10 square feet.
BEING SUBJECT TO all easements of record.
NOW, the ( day of May, 1999, at the time of and immediately before the
execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said David
L. Reider, Jr. and Lisa A. Reider, to the said Michael Manning & Associates to commence work
on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the
said contract with Michael Manning & Associates and the further consideration of One Dollar,
to Michael Manning & Associates paid by David L. Reider, Jr. and Lisa A. Reider, it is agreed
that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by
any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased,
or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.
