described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at the intersection of the center line of Green Ridge
Road and Linda Drive; THENCE through the center line of Green Ridge Road South
77 degrees 56 minutes 36 seconds West 496.84 feet to a point; THENCE still
along the same the following nine courses and distances: (1) South 77 degrees
56 minutes 36 seconds West, 36.16 feet to a point; (2) South 77 degrees 15
minutes 39 seconds West, 65.00 feet to a point; (3) South 79 degrees 32
minutes 12 seconds West, 77.08 feet to a point; (4) South 84 degrees 29
minutes 47 seconds West, 51.20 feet to a point; (5) North 89 degrees 3 minutes
7 seconds West, 53.94 feet to a point; (6) North 76 degrees 7 minutes 2
seconds West, 54.12 feet to a point; (7) North 59 degrees 23 minutes 19
seconds West 61.11 feet to a point; (8) North 53 degrees 52 minutes 53 seconds

38.79 feet to a point, at lands now or late of Dunn; THENCE along the eastern

dractor, nor by any of the material oven or workmen or any other person for any labor, or orate
rchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the creelion of said building, the right to file
us being expressly rcoired.
