WHEREAS, KOLLAS AND COSTOPOULOS, of 1104 Fernwood Avenue,
Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as Owner, is about to
execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Glenn Snider, Jr., and Glen Miller,
t/d/b/a SNIDER-MILLER BUILDERS, for the erection of a house ancillary to development in
a complex known as Westgate Development, Phase 11, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
construction described as follows:
ALL THOSE CERTAIN tracts or parcels of ground on Lot Nos. 80 and 83 of
South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described as set forth in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW, this 13th day of May , 1999, at the time of and immediately before the
execution of the principal contract dated May 13 , 1999, and before any authority has been
given by the said Owner, to the said Contractor to commence work on the said building, or
purchase materials for the same in consideration of the marking of the said contract with Owner,
and the further consideration of One Dollar and 00/100 ($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner, it
is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor,
nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials
purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file
such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hand and seals the day and year aforesaid.

BEGINNING at a point, said point being located on the western right-of-way line
of Woodview Drive at the common front property corner of Lot #79 and Lot #80; thence
along Lot #79 South 73 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 138.97' to a
point at other lands now or late of Kollas and Costopoulos (Westgate, Phase 3); thence
along other lands now or late of Kollas and Costopoulos North-16 degrees 20 minutes 00
seconds West, a distance of 80.01' to a point at Lot #81 of Westgate Phase 2; thence
along Lot #81 North 73 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 138.50' to a
point on the western right-of-way line of Woodview Drive; thence along the western
right-of-way line of Woodview Drive South 16 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds East, a
distance of 80.01' to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
Said lot contains 11,100.00 sq. ft, or 0.2548 acres.
Said lot is subject to a 20' wide drainage easement located along the western
property line.

BEGINNING at a point, said point being located on the western right-of-way line

along the western right-of-way line of Woodview Drive in a southerly direction on the
arc of a curve curving to the left having a radius of 275.00', an arc length of 62.80' and
a central angle of 13 degrees 05 minutes 00 seconds to a point; thence along the same
South 16 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 8.21' to a point at Lot x/82
of Westgate, Phase 2; thence along Lot #82 South 73 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds
West, a distance of 137.46' to a point at other lands now or late of Kollas and
Costopoulos (Westgate, Phase 3); thence along other land now or late of Kollas and
Costopoulos North 16 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 103.92' to Lot
#84 of Westgate, Phase 2; thence along Lot #84 North 86 degrees 25 minutes 00 seconds
East, a distance of 147.83' to a point the place of BEGINNING.
Said lot contains 12,230.34 sq. ft, or 0.2808 acres.
Said lot is subject to a 20' wide drainage easement crossing the western portion of Lot
X183 as shown on the Final Subdivision Plan of Westgate, Phase 2.
