STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this
between Helwig Construction Company, day of

Lawrence M. Johnson and Regina A. Johnsoa
hereinafter referred to husband and wifoe,
undertook and agreed to as Owners, whereby the contractr,
and erected andU construct a dwelling on the
certain lot ground situate in
County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and more ofullypdescrriibed in
Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof known
as Lot #36, 481 E. Elmwood Ave., Mechanicsburg, pA 17055,
Cumberland County, PA.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: Dollar

acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves' and its,

under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the
said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under
file, and hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have,
buildings or an any mechanic's liens or claims against the said
the right of li n o shall be an independenttcovenantment, waiving

ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land, situate in the
Township of Upper Allen, County of Cumberland, and
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Eastern side of Elmwood Avenue,
at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 35 and 36 on the
hereinafter mentioned.Plan of Lots; thence North 17 degrees
07 minutes West along the same, 87.50 feet to a point at the
dividing line between Lot 36 and Detention Pond; thence
North 72 degrees 53 minutes East along the same, 129 feet to
a point at line of lands of Heritage Acres; thence South 17
degrees 07 minutes East along the same, 87.50 feet to a
point at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 35 and 36 on
said Plan; thence South 72 degrees 53 minutes West along the
same, 129 feet to a point, the Place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 36 on Final Subdivision Plan No. 8 of
Georgetown, recorded in Plan Book 51, Page 34, Cumberland
County Records.
BEING the same premises which S. G. Diamond, Inc. by deed
dated October 20, 1998 and recorded in the office of the
Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Deed Book
187, Page 618, granted and conveyed to Lawrence M. Johnson
and Regina A. Johnson, husband and wife, Borrowers herein.
