Owner, whereby the farmer undertook and agreed in erect and cons ntct n hereinafter referred to a,
Residential dwelling home on that certain lot ofgtound situate in
Middlesex Township, Cumberland County, known as Lot 2, Plan Book 68, Page 145,
more fully described on exhibit A, attached hereto and made part hereof

NOW THEREFORE, THIS ACREF,MENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor for and in consideration of
the sum of(JI.00) Dollar to him in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereofis hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their
subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be fled or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant
thereto for or on account of any work done or materiah furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described,
and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and
relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain on), mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any of
them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land and premises, situate, lying and being in the Township
of Middlesex in the County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the centerline of North Middlesex Road, (T.R. 496), said point being the
southwest corner of Lot No. 2 on the hereinafter described Subdivision Plan; thence along the
centerline of North Middlesex Road, North 03 degrees 37 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of
200.55 feet to the northwest corner of Lot No. 2; thence along the dividing line between Lot Nos. 1
and 2 on the hereinafter described Subdivision Plan, North 89 degrees 23 minutes 30 seconds
East, a distance of 316.55 feet to the northeast corner of Lot No. 2; thence along the dividing line
between Lot Nos. 2 and 3 on the hereinafter described Subdivision Plan, South 03 degrees 37
minutes 20 seconds West, a distance of 200.55 feet to the southeast corner of Lot No. 2; thence
along a dividing line between Lot Nos. 2 and 3, South 89 degrees 23 minutes 30 seconds West, a
distance of 316.55 feet to a point on the centerline of North Middlesex Road, the southwest corner
of Lot No. 2 and the point and place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 2, Final Subdivision Plan for Wert Farm, prepared by R. J. Fisher & Associates,
Inc., dated February 28, 1994 and revised April 6, 1994 and April 20, 1994, as reviewed by the
Planning Commission of Middlesex Township, and recommended for approval by the Planning
Commission of Middlesex Township on May 9, 1994 and approved by the Middlesex Township
Board of Supervisors on October 28, 1994 and recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds in
and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on October 28, 1994 in Plan Book Volume 68, Page
145.
