at 4825 Derry Street, Harrisburg, PA 17112 files this lien claim
as contractor.
2. The owner of record of the property subject to the lien
is Ivery Myers. Property address, 201 N. Walnut Street,
Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
3. The date on which claimant completed work for which
claim is made was July 13, 1996.
4. Claimant files this claim with proof of Judgment that
was obtained February 13, 1997, (see attached exhibits).
Judgment was for work completed on 201 N. Walnut Street,
Mechanicsburg, PA, which was never paid.
5. The amount of claim due is $3,830.56 plus cost of lien
and interest at 1.5% bi-weekly finance charge.
6. The improvement of property claimed to be subject to the
lien is the house located at 201 N. Walnut Street, Mechanicsburg,
Harrisburg, PA.
