Plaintiff is Nittany Valley Offset who has a place of business at 1015 Benner Pike, P.O. Box 920, State College, PA 16804. 2. Defendant is One Heart Ministries which has a place of business at 25 E. Main Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. 3. On or around June 12, 1997 and referenced as job number 86291, Plaintiff sold and delivered or had delivered to the Defendant monthly magazines. The total charge for this job was $6,560.34. 4. On or around July 1, 1997 and referenced as job number 86336, Plaintiff sold and delivered or had delivered to the Defendant monthly magazines. The total charge for this job was $4,453.61. 5. Attached hereto as Exhibit "A" are the invoices for the two aforesaid jobs. 6. Attached hereto as Exhibit "B" is the accounting record of Plaintiff showing the initial charges for each job, the payments made on the accounts and also the finance charges incurred. 7. As summarized and set forth in Exhibit "B", the current balance outstanding and owed to Plaintiff by the Defendant is $12,991.58. 8. Plaintiff has demanded that the Defendant pay the sum of $12,991.58, however, Defendant refuses to pay the same.
