is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract. with Haubert Homes, Inc.
of 15 Central Blvd., Camp Hill, Pennsylvania,
for the erection of a story building upon a lot of land situate
Lot 35 Walnut Point Phase I, Mechanicsburg' Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania as described in the attached legal description
NOW. May 20, 1999 , at the time of and immediately before the execution of the prin-
cipal contract, and before any authority ha_e been given by the said Owner
to the said Contractor
to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Contractor and the further
consideration of One Dollar. to Contractor paid
by Owner it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the contractor. or any sub-contractor. nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor. or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.

Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as
follows, to wit;
BEGINNING AT A POINT on the Southern right-of-way line of Stone Run Drive, a 50
foot wide right-of-way, said point being the Northwestern corner of Lot #36; thence
along the Western line of said lot South 110 55' 00" West a distance of 135.00 feet
to a point on the line of land for'open space; thence along said open space land North
78° 05' 00" West a distance of 85.00 feet to a point said point being the
