Peter Collins, by and through his attorney, Ron Turo, and
Maureen-E. Schrader, by and through her attorneys, Saidis,
Shuff & Masland to Stipulation as follows:
1. The parties are the natural parents of Shaun Alan
Collins, born September 29, 1984.
2. The parties agree that they shall share joint legal
custody of Shaun Alan Collins.
3. The parties agree that Peter Collins, the natural
father, shall have primary physical custody of the child,
subject to periods of partial custody/visitation by mother as

follows:
1 a) During summer school break/vacation for a
i
period each year from the day after Father's
Day until four days prior to the beginning of
the next school year.
b) In alternating years, beginning with mother in
2000, from the day school recesses for
spring/Easter break until 6:00 p.m. the day
before school is to resume from that break.
c) In alternating years, beginning with father in
1999, for a period beginning at 6:00 p.m. on
the Wednesday before Thanksgiving Day and
ending at 6:00 p.m. on the day preceding the
child's return to school.
d) In alternating years, beginning with mother in
1999, for a period beginning 6:00 p.m. on the
day school recesses for the Christmas break and
ending at 12:00 noon on December 28°h. In the
alternate year, from 12:00 noon on December 28th
until 6:00 p.m. on the evening before school
resumes.
e) During 6 weekends per year from after school on
Friday,'until 6:00 p.m. the following Sunday.
Those weekends will be determined by mother
with 20 days notice to father, to include
either Memorial Day or Labor Day weekend if
mother so chooses. However, if/when Mother
chooses to exercise one of her 6 weekends of
visitation over Labor. Day or Memorial day
holiday, she must provide father with 30 days
notice of her intent to exercise visitation.
f) Mother shall be entitled to Mother's Day
weekend and father should be entitled to
Father's Day weekend.
g) At all other such times and places as can be
arranged by mutual agreement of the parties.
4. The parents further agree that the cost of travel
expenses shall be incurred by the parent seeking visitation,
except that father shall pay the travel expenses incurred by
child traveling from mother to father, and mother shall pay
the travel expenses for child traveling from father to mother
for summer vacation. In the event that either party relocates
their place of residence outside the continental United
States, the provisions of Paragraph 4 of this Agreement
regarding payment of transportation costs and expenses, and
only the provisions of Paragraph 4 of this Agreement, shall be
null and void and the parties shall renegotiate each parties
obligation for payment of the international travel expenses.
5. Parents further agree that those visitation rights
specifically laid out in this agreement regarding holidays and
other specified visitation times shall take precedence over
the general visitation schedule.
6. The parties desire this agreement to be evidenced by
an order.
7. The parties agree that Court of Common Pleas of
Cumberland County will retain jurisdiction in this matter.
WHEREAS, the parties desire this Agreement to be
evidenced by Order of Court and they request the Court to
enter the attached Order pursuant to this Stipulation.
