IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA Classic Communities Corporation, Contractor, NO. STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS WHEREAS, Ralph L. Thrush and Lyndell C. D'Angelo, of Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Classic Communities Corporation of Pennsylvania, for the erection of a dwelling upon a lot of land situate as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN parcel of land situate in the Township of Hampden, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin at the southeasterly corner of Lot No. 127 and on line of land of the Creekview Subdivision Plan Phase IV, said point being located South 55° 48'20" West, a distance of 777.55 feet from an iron pin on the northeast corner of Lot No. 133 and on the southerly right-of-way line of the Township Route 600 aerusalem Road) and the northwest corner of the said Creekview Subdivision; thence leaving the said Lot No. 127 and extending along the said Creekview Subdivision, South 55° 48' 20" West, a distance of 102.50 feet to an iron pin on the northeasterly corner of Lot No. 125; thence, leaving the said Creekview Subdivision and extending along Lot No. 125 North 34° 11'40" West, a distance of 98.15 feet to an iron pin on the easterly right of way of a 50 foot street known as Sommerton Drive; thence, leaving the said Lot No. 126 and extending along the said drive North 56` 07'05" East, a distance of 102.50 feet to an iron pin at the southwesterly corner of the said Lot No. 127; thence, leaving the said right-of-way and extending along the said Lot No. 127 South 34° 11' 40" East, a distance of 97.59 feet to a point and place of BEGINNING. CONTAINING 10,031.43 square feet and shown as Lot No. 126 on Hampden Hearth Phase IV Subdivision Plan prepared by Grove Associates and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Plan Book 68, Page 66. D'Angelo, to the said Classic Communities Corporation to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Classic Communities Corporation and the further consideration of One Dollar, to Classic Communities Corporation paid by Ralph L. Thrush and Lyndell C. D'Angelo, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
