Is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Luttrell Homes, Inc.
of Dauphin County Pennsylvania,
for the erection of a xxxx Nt single family dwelling building upon a lot of land situate
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT
NOW, May 19 99 at the time of and immediately before the execution of the prin-
cipal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Steven T. Weir and Linda A. Weir
to the said Luttrell Homes, Inc.
to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Steven T. Weir and Linda A. Weir and the further
consideration of One Dollar, to Luttrell Homes, Inc. paid
by Steven T. Weir and Linda A. Wier it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor. or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Silver Spring Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point, said point being the centerline
intersection of Wertzville Road (variable ROW) and Samples Bridge
Road (a 331ROW); thence along the centerline of Samples Bridge
Road, the following (6) courses 1) South 00 degrees 30 minutes 00
seconds West a distance of 352.90 feet to a point; 2) on a curve
curving to the right, having a radius of 1150.00 feet, an arc
length of 80.29 feet to a point; 3) South 04 degrees 30 minutes
00 seconds West a distance of 123.55 feet to a point; 4) on a
curve, curving to the right, having a radius of 400.00 feet, an
arc length of 208.63 feet to a point; 5) South 34 degrees 23
minutes 02 seconds West a distnace of 619.61. feet to a point; 6)
on a curve curving to the left, having a radius of 175.00 feet,
an arc length of 85.58 feet to a point; thence along lands now or
late of David Shipman North 88 degrees 51 minutes 02 seconds West
a distance of 68.00 feet to a point; thence along same North 17
degrees 58 minutes 02 seconds West a distance of 527.15 feet to a
point; thence along lands now or late of Robert Willingham, Jr.,
Steven Whitmire, Kenneth Whitmire and King Eslinger North 22
degrees 58 minutes 02 seconds West a distance of 842.93 feet to a
point on the centerline of Wertzville Road; thence along same
North 86 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 105.68
feet to a point; thence along lands now or late of Eastern
District Missionary Church South 22 degrees 58 minutes 50 seconds
East a distance of 539.85 feet to a point; thence along same
North 86 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 388.08
feet to a point; thence along same North 03 degrees 24 minutes 55
seconds East a distance of 512.68 feet to a point on the
centerline of Wertzville Road; thence along same North 86 degrees
30 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 290.25 feet to a point,
said point being the Place of BEGINNING.
SAID TRACT containing 569,217.47 square feet or 13.0674 acres.

BEING the same premises which Howard K. Brown and Virginia J.
Brown, husband and wife by Deed dated July 15, 1996 and recorded

Steven T. Weir and Linda A. Weir, husband and wife.
