Clearview Drive Camp Hill, PA 1701! Tax Property Map: Parcel No: 038 For sewer services rendered from 06/0~/02 to 06/0~/03. Said services were rendered pursuant to ordinance. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and the price charged therefor, said statement being a true copy of the owner's account with Hampden Township which sum of $449.§4 was duly assessed against the hereinabove-named owner and the premises on 06/0]/03 and for which sum, with interest, penalties and costs, a lien is claimed against the above-described premises in accordance with the Act of May 16, 19;>3, P.L. ;>07 (§3 P.S. Section 710~, et seq.), as amended and supplemented, and the Act of May 2, ~94§, P.L. 382 (§3 P.S. Section 30], et seq), as amended and supplemented.
