STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this Z day of V L&"?- , 199q, by and
between RINE & RINE, a Partnership, hereinafter referred to as
Contractor,
AND
MICHAEL J. ROTZ AND LINDA K. ROTZ, husband and wife, hereinafter
referred to as Owners, whereby the contractor undertook and agreed
to erected and construct a dwelling on the certain lot of ground
situate in Southampton Township, Cumberland County, Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, and more fully described in Exhibit "A" which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof known as Lot #B-22, Phase
I, Land Subdivision for Rine Estates, Southampton Township,
Cumberland County, PA.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar
to Contractor in hand paid by owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and• the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its,
his or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or
under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the
said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under
them, hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have,
file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said
buildings or any of then.:, and agree that this instrument, waiving
the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

Exhibit A
ALL the following described real estate, together with improvements thereon
erected, lying and being situate in Southampton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly edge of Independence Drive at corner of Lot
B-21 in the hereinafter referred to plan of lots; thence by said Lot B-21, North 33
degrees 36 minutes 58 seconds East 125 feet to a point at corner of other lands of the
Grantor herein; thence by said other lands of the Grantor herein, South 56 degrees
23 minutes 2 seconds East 90 feet to a point at corner of Lot A-1 on the hereinafter
referred to plan of lots; thence by said Lot A-1, South 33 degrees 36 minutes 58
seconds West 125 feet to a point on the easterly edge of Independence Drive; thence
with the easterly edge of Independence Drive, North 56 degrees 23 minutes 02
seconds West 90 feet to a point, the place of beginning, containing 11,250 square
feet.
BEING Lot B-22 on Subdivision Plan prepared by Carl D. Bert dated June 26,1998,
entitled "Land Subdivision for Rine Estates, Phases I and Il," and recorded in
Cumberland County, PA, in Plan Book 77, Page 64.
BEING the same premises which J. Gary Rine and Virginia B. Rine, husband and
wife, and Darrin G. Rine and Loretta L. Rine, husband and wife, granted and
conveyed to Michael J. Rotz and Linda K. Rotz, husband and wife, Borrowers
herein.
